The service call fee rate shown at booking applies to service calls during normal business hours.  After hours, Nights, Weekend, and Holiday fees may vary.  Fee shown does not apply for Free Second Opinion, or for customer who have a First Class Ticket.  Fees (if any) will be confirmed at time of booking.
